TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

USSC training programs are designed to improve, refine and hone our Agents’ work performance and protective skills. The most notable aspect that separates us in the industry is our experience. Our Trainers have extensive backgrounds in federal, state and local law enforcement. The latest trends and cutting edge adult learning training methodologies are demonstrated in the classroom.

Core curriculum is in a constant state of refinement to reflect the everchanging landscape of the security industry. With an emphasis on verbal de-escalation and conflict management techniques, USSC Agents receive recurrent physical security training that meets or exceeds federal protective agency standards. Additionally, our Armed Agents attend mandatory semi-annual firearms training to demonstrate their proficiency to US government protective agency standards. Our qualification course of fire is certified by the NRA Law Enforcement Training Division. USSC Armed Protection Agents must meet our “zero miss” firearm proficiency standard.

USSC Agents are trained in CPR/AED and First Aid for all categories.
