We work in collaboration with your school administration to establish priorities and prepare programs designed to keep your students and the community safe while preserving the learning environment.

USSC agents balance the need to protect with discretion and respect for privacy. We provide School Police Officers (SPO), Armed and/or Unarmed Agents for public and private schools. Our armed agents are handpicked and recruited from law enforcement and former military, and rank among the best in the industry.

All of our agents are not only screened for the best fit for your schools, students and faculty, but they’re also trained beyond typical security curricula. USSC agents receive extensive preparation for interacting with children and teens plus students with special needs.

Training includes understanding special needs students, social media and cyber safety, understanding the teen brain, developing cultural awareness and diversity sensitivity, verbal de-escalation skill sets, constitutional authority, active-response and bomb-threat procedures, first-aid, CPR and AED certifications.
