RETIREMENT COMMUNITY SECURITY

At USSC our agents seek to provide the highest quality security for all who live in a retirement or nursing home community. Our agents serve the needs of current and prospective residents in a way that enhances the lifestyle of each individual.

Our highly trained and personal agents will respond to resident calls and requests. Agents will respond to the fire alarm system, read the panel and take appropriate action. In the event of an emergency call system situation our agents are trained in the following tasks: administer first aid, meet the ambulance, escort paramedics into the building, and secure the home of residents taken to hospital. Agents will check empty apartments/homes when needed. Outside patrol will make rounds during inclement weather for safety issues and provide access control to the property where needed.
